Job summary

Coach is seeking a Director of Store Labor Strategy, Performance & Workforce Management to own labor strategy, standards and systems for North America. You will partner with Finance and Retail Operations to implement a demand-driven labor model across the store fleet, drive efficiency and profitability, and deliver data-driven insights for leadership.

You will lead a cross-functional team, develop ROI frameworks, calibrate standards and ensure labor planning aligns with forecasts and payroll

Qualifications

• Deep experience building retail labor models from raw inputs.
• Fluency in work driver architecture: selling, BOH, task, and census planning.
• Proven track record of earning trust across finance, operations, and field.

Responsibilities

• Own labor framework for how store labor drives sales and productivity across the fleet.
• Define four labor buckets with guardrails and decision rights.
• Lead governance of labor exceptions, scheduling rules and pilots.
• Build reporting to give field leaders visibility into labor productivity and payroll adherence.
• Partner with Finance, Retail Ops, HR and IT to keep planning accurate and scalable.
