Job summary

You will collaborate with HR and hiring teams to apply best staffing practices, assist onboarding, payroll, and communications for the plant, and act as the subject matter expert on Workforce Management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce staffing and create scheduling solutions
• Coordinate hourly transfers, promotions and job changes with union/non-union compliance
• Collaborate with HR, recruiters and hiring managers on staffing approaches
• Maintain collaborative relationships with departments and hourly employees for timely communications
• Navigate multiple operating systems including staffing apps and applicant tracking
• Assist onboarding, payroll and timekeeping system enrollment
• Support workforce management software and payroll processes
