You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and deployment across multiple waves while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• SaaS experience required.
• Multiple years of hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience.
• Current WorkForce Software certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations for the ATLAS program.
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for modules including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, Integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment across multiple deployment waves.
