Job summary

The ideal candidate holds direct, hands-on WFS configuration experience with a current certification, and excels at translating business requirements into precise system configurations while collaborating with HR, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

Direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience is required.
Current WorkForce Software certification is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements for the ATLAS program.
Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations.
Translate business requirements into system configurations with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure system stability and data integrity.
Support testing, validation, and deployment across multiple deployment waves.
Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave regulations across US and Canada.
