Accenture is seeking an experienced Workforce Software Techno/Functional Architect to develop and grow our Workforce Software business. You will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable Time & Attendance and ACT solutions, collaborating with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to craft compelling client value propositions.

You will lead a team of professionals, guide offshore resources, and drive design decisions while ensuring alignment with client objectives and project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software ACT module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Professionals should have deep Workforce Software knowledge including Functional Requirements in Time & Attendance, ACT, and job scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case.
• Lead and manage the team to perform effectively, make key team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to important decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Drive the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to offshore team in terms of assigning work and prioritization of work.
• Support the continuous improvement of solution delivery processes and methodologies.
