Accenture invites an experienced Techno/Functional Architect to lead our Workforce Software Time & Attendance and ACT practice. You will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions leveraging deep knowledge of the Time & Attendance, ACT, and scheduling functions.

You will collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to craft winning solutions, guide the offshore team, and drive design workshops to ensure alignment with business goals.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module, functional and technical experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Software ACT module, functional and technical experience required.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software knowledge including but not limited to Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
• Technical configuration knowledge in Time and Attendance module, ACT, and job scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case.
• Lead and manage the team to perform effectively, make key team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to important decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Drive the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to offshore team in terms of assigning work and prioritization of work
• Support the continuous improvement of solution delivery processes and methodologies.
