Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Decorah, IA seeks a Customer Service Rep to act as the first point of contact for Workforce Center Services. You will assist customers with employment resources, training, and referrals to workshops and programs.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and the position is non-exempt and on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with local Workforce Service programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking Workforce Center Services.
• Assist customers in accessing employment resources, training, and supportive services.
• Direct customers to workshops, assessments and internal programs.
• Ensure equitable access for all individuals.
• Coordinate resources with partner staff and maintain workshop schedules.
• Help customers with job search tools, resumes, and cover letters.
• Provide reports on customer statistics to leadership.
