Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an experienced Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee our reporting (75%) and help build and maintain semantic models and dashboards (25%). The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience with prior PA exposure, and SuccessFactors experience.

This position will support our Human Resources team and can work on a hybrid schedule, typically 2-3 days in-office or at show-site. We welcome candidates in Las Vegas, NV or other listed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Mid-level experience in people analytics or a related field (HR systems, other analytics domain).
• Experience managing reporting in an HCMS; Success Factors experience would be preferred.
• Knowledge and competencies with security and sharing practices around sensitive data.
• Experience working with any BI tool; Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to leadership.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, good process design, and tooling and data access.
• Collaborate on the build and maintenance of data models and dashboards.

Summary

Freeman is seeking an experienced Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee our reporting (75%) and help build and maintain our semantic models and dashboards (25%). The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience with prior PA exposure, and SuccessFactors experience.

This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) is preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work expeirence is required
• Mid-level experience in people analytics or a related field (HR systems, other analytics domain)
• Experience managing reporting in an HCMS; Success Factors experience would be preferred
• Knowledge and competencies with security and sharing practices around sensitive data
• Experience working with any BI tool. Experience with Power BI is preferred
