Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee reporting and build semantic models and dashboards. The role supports the Human Resources team and will work 2-3 days on-site, with flexibility for show-site locations.

The ideal candidate has mid-level experience in people analytics and SuccessFactors. Based in Dallas, TX, or nearby, this role involves data modeling, ad-hoc analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in data science, CS, statistics or economics.
• Mid-level experience in people analytics or HR analytics.
• Experience with reporting in an HCMS; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Knowledge of data security and sharing practices around sensitive data.
• Experience with Power BI and other BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting to help business and HR users access records in the system or exports.
• Respond to data requests and ad-hoc analytics.
• Help build and oversee reports in HCMS (SuccessFactors).
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Guide decisions through insights in meetings with audiences and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and access.
