Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC) Brands is seeking an experienced Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee reporting (75%) and help build semantic models and dashboards (25%). The ideal candidate has mid-level experience with prior HR analytics exposure and SuccessFactors.

This role supports our HR team and is eligible for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring 2-3 days in-office or on-site. Ideal candidates may be located in Orlando, Dallas, Los Angeles, or other open sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics) preferred.
• Mid-level experience in people analytics or a related field (HR systems, analytics).
• Experience managing reporting in an HCMS; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Knowledge of data security and sharing practices around sensitive data.
• Experience with BI tools; Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting to support business and HR users through system exports and dashboards.
• Respond to data requests and provide timely, actionable insights.
• Help build and oversee reports in SuccessFactors HCMS.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
• Guide decisions with data-driven insights in cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate on data models and dashboards across teams to ensure accuracy.
