Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an experienced Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee reporting (75%) and help build semantic models and dashboards (25%). This hybrid role supports the HR team, with in-office/show-site work 2-3 days per week.

Ideal candidates will have mid-level PA experience and SuccessFactors exposure, located near Dallas or open to others. Responsibilities include managing HR reports, ad-hoc analysis, and building data models and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in people analytics or a related field
• Experience managing reporting in an HCMS; SuccessFactors experience preferred
• Knowledge of security and sharing practices around sensitive data
• Proficiency with BI tools, especially Power BI

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting for business and HR users and ad-hoc data exports
• Help build and oversee reports in HCMS (SuccessFactors)
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate on data models and dashboards with cross-functional teams
• Ensure data accuracy and proper tooling access
