Job summary

Accenture is seeking a manager to lead workforce reinvention initiatives, combining data analytics with AI-enabled strategies. You’ll guide teams to map future roles, collaborate with partners, and drive change programs that connect to business value. Travel up to 80% may be required as you mentor talent and shape client outcomes.

You bring 5+ years across talent functions, 3+ years consulting, and proven AI/automation experience, including utilities domain exposure. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across integrated Talent functions (talent strategy, planning, learning, transformation).
• Minimum 3 years of consulting designing and delivering workforce or change solutions.
• Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or related finance/regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights shaping experience-led end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs.
• Manage project teams to identify AI/automation impact and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future roles for enterprise and functions.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies.
• Work with clients to evolve roles, shift work to machines, and build human capabilities.
• Design AI-enabled operating models with humans focusing on judgment and creativity.
• Co-create reinvention conversations linking workforce transformation to business value.
• Drive change programs moving organizations from analysis to action with blended teams.
• Lead with a people-first mindset, mentoring and developing team members.
• Support business development, including SOWs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Contribute to practice development, culture, recruitment, and whitepapers.
