Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services to lead end-to-end delivery across AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI. You will architect AI-first delivery models, drive cost takeout, and guide client executives through a reinvention journey, while expanding relationships and shaping complex bids.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology delivery experience with direct P&L ownership of large-scale accounts.
- 5+ years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models (AIOps, GenAI-powered ITSM, or intelligent observability).
- 10+ years of multi-tower delivery accountability across AMS/IMS/SOC/Data & AI/Cloud.
- 5+ years engaging CIOs/CTOs and technology leaders on managed services strategy and transformation roadmaps.
- Experience with autonomy-based pricing models and platform engineering is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of utilities/industrial sector experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services.
- Architect AI-first delivery models and operationalize agentic platforms.
- Shift Run spend toward Reinvention capital and drive cost takeout.
- Lead workforce transition to AI agent fleets and human SREs.
- Expand senior client relationships and articulate reinvention value.
- Drive modernization and platform simplification within the run model.
- Shape and win MRS pursuits with credible delivery and operating model depth.
