Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a scheduling-focused professional to support staffing across our care facilities in Raleigh, NC. This role involves coordinating scheduling, time and attendance systems, and implementing workforce best practices, with travel and remote work components.

The position requires strong English communication, creativity, and a track record in long-term care scheduling. Expect a dynamic environment focused on quality care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ long-term care or related health care experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role that required scheduling or coordination of staffing or training.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, such as SmartLinx, etc.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Creativity and the willingness to develop best-in-class innovative solutions, combining culture change best practices and research.
