Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support staffing, scheduling, and workforce initiatives across the organization. You will help ensure timely coverage and policy adherence while collaborating with multiple teams and using scheduling software.

The role emphasizes accurate scheduling, cross-functional communication, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and quality of care. Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ long-term care or related health care experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience coordinating staffing or training.
• Experience with time and attendance systems such as SmartLinx.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Creativity and willingness to develop innovative solutions combining culture change and research.
