Qualifications

• Five+ years in Talent Management, Performance, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or Organizational Design.
• Experience in advisory roles is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or Organizational Design
• prior advisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• advanced degrees in related fields are a plus
• Proven ability to design and lead business transformation initiatives, manage multiple activities, prioritize effectively, and engage stakeholders at all levels

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• willing to travel as needed
