Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Senior Associate for Workforce Planning in the Advisory practice to support client transformation initiatives focused on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics.

You will participate in client-facing workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, develop thought leadership, and contribute to proposals and outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm preferred.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
