Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiting Workforce Manager to act as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, ensuring smooth operations at client sites. The role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering quality contractors, while supporting internal reporting and conflict resolution.

Base salary ranges from $64,000 to $70,000 with a $2,000 performance-based annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees, including attending client meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and delivering quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize resources for conflict resolution and perform customer service activities.

As a Recruiting Workforce Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $64,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
