Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office and contract employees, helping maximize profitability by providing quality contractors on site.

The role requires working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce, supporting internal and client reporting, and leveraging Aerotek resources for conflict resolution. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with customer or sales-focused experience and a team-oriented mindset.

As a Workforce Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $60,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
