Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Workforce Manager to act as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, primarily at the client site. You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors, while managing the temporary workforce on site.

Ideal candidates have leadership or management experience, customer or sales-focused skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.

As a Workforce Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $60,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
