Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Labor Program Specialist to support and manage the operational aspects of our contingent workforce program. The ideal candidate will be experienced in vendor and contractor management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be adept at working with stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization.

Beeline VMS experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations related to contingent workforce engagement
• Partner with business stakeholders, the direct sourcing team, and vendors to fulfill contingent labor needs
• Guide hiring managers through the requisition process for contract resources
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of workflows, documentation, and compliance activities
• Track and manage issues, risks, and action items related to contingent engagements
• Coordinate all aspects of contractor onboarding and offboarding, including communication with managers, vendors, IT, and internal support teams
• Maintain adherence to internal policies and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
• Support ongoing improvements to contingent labor program processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor and/or contractor management, preferably within a large, enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), specifically Beeline
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organizational structure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with executive leadership
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
