About the opportunity

The Senior Services Consultant guides the design and delivery of Dayforce Consulting Services engagements, leveraging Dayforce to meet customer requirements, and provides oversight to team members. The ideal candidate is an expert in HCM consulting with a strong SaaS technology foundation, experienced in multiple projects of varying size and complexity, with a track record of project excellence. They work independently with customers, influencing outcomes through their knowledge and leadership, and enjoy coaching others.

What you'll get to do
  • Provide Consulting Services to Customers
  • Lead engagements that help prospects and customers understand how Dayforce impacts HR service delivery, including processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the Dayforce Implementation team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic implementations, assisting on projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Lead internal and external project and design meetings, providing status updates on consulting activities and deliverables.
  • Conduct peer reviews and internal quality assurance activities.
  • Lead or advise on Organizational Readiness best practices and support Dayforce rollout preparations.
  • Establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Manage difficult conversations confidently and take necessary stances in the best interest of the project.
  • Engage with multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
  • Contribute to Internal Consulting Services Initiatives, including designing solutions and sharing best practices.
  • Lead the SME program in at least one area of expertise.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with product releases and functionalities, mentoring others on new features.
  • Support sales through solution reviews, scoping, and estimation assistance.
Skills and Experience we value
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of HCM consulting experience, with focus on Time & Attendance, Schedules, Pay Rules, Organizational Structure, and Leave Policies.
  • 2+ years of HCM implementation or applications consulting experience.
  • Experience in business process mapping, organization readiness, and technology enablement.
  • Change management experience is an asset.
  • Technical proficiency in HR operations and SaaS domain, with advanced knowledge of Dayforce modules.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical/business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific best practices for Dayforce implementations.

  • Excellent customer relationship management and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Mentoring skills for junior consultants and peer reviews.
  • Ability to provide solution guidance during sales cycles.
