Job summary

Trinity Health in Livonia, MI is seeking a senior Financial Planning/Analytics leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights. You will partner with ministry finance teams and leadership to improve planning processes and drive performance across the system.

The role administers Oracle EPM Planning, Essbase, and Smart View, supports monthly close, and provides executives with detailed analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of five to eight years of financial planning/financial operations experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and support of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Partner with leadership and ministry finance teams to streamline reporting and improve performance.
Prepare and summarize financial results and KPI analyses for executive presentations.
Administer Oracle EPM Planning applications including budgeting, forecasting, data integration, and security.
Enhance planning and reporting capabilities with Essbase, driving variance analysis and dashboard maintenance.
Assist in monthly ministry close calls and financial guidance to leadership teams.
Review operating and capital plans and provide feedback to senior management.
Ensure financial integrity of submitted requests and collaborate with stakeholders.
