Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.
• 3–5 years of program management in workforce development or housing services.
• Residential or multi-family property program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement program priorities aligned with the organization's mission.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; ensure compliance.
• Monitor program performance to meet outcomes.
• Oversee training and data reporting standards.
• Support grant reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor Housing Experts and staff development.
