Job summary

Fort Worth Housing Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Housing Manager to oversee daily activities of Housing Assistance Programs, including HCV and inspections. You will manage contracts, ensure proper rent calculations, and supervise staff under the direction of the VP Housing Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of housing experience with supervisory responsibility. Telework is allowed after onboarding; strong knowledge of HUD regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, business, public administration, or related field.
• Five years of assisted housing experience with supervisory experience; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control on initial contracts and data entry for rent calculations.
• Monitor landlord payments and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide training on HUD regulations and FWHA policies to staff.
• Coordinate multiple activities and supervise staff performance.
• Communicate program status and issues to the Vice President.
