Job summary

LifeWorks Austin is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Housing team and supervise staff delivering youth and young adult services in an on-site setting in Austin, TX.

The role focuses on program quality, training, data oversight, and collaboration with community partners. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with supervisory experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and 3 years’ experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.
• Preferred minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the development, delivery, and oversight of housing program services.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Ensure data entry and reporting accuracy for program outcomes.
