Job summary

BCforward in Seattle, WA seeks a Workforce Experience Manager to lead enterprise onboarding governance, workforce readiness, and the full consultant lifecycle across a multi-client portfolio. This client‑facing role partners with payroll, compliance, legal, and global delivery to ensure Day 1 readiness and audit‑defensible processes.

You will shape the WFx operating model, drive standardization and continuous improvement across systems (ATS, VMS, HRIS, payroll), and lead executive governance

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Workforce Experience or HR Operations.
• Experience managing multi-client, global delivery teams.
• Leadership experience across onboarding and talent experience.
• Experience designing scalable operating models.
• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding governance and workforce readiness for a multi-client portfolio.
• Partner with payroll, compliance, legal, and global delivery teams to ensure Day 1 readiness and audit defensibility.
• Shape and evolve the WFx operating model with standardization and continuous improvement across systems.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide data-driven insights, risk trends, and recommendations.
• Drive risk management, escalation strategy, and client relationship strengthening across onboarding and talent experience.
