Accenture Federal Services is seeking a leader to drive onboarding and integration, learning operations, and performance management across the talent lifecycle. You will partner with HR and business leaders to shape a high-impact people experience and deliver consistent, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance management strategy and execution, onboarding/new joiner experience, learning operations, and human capital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and integration strategy and oversee the new joiner experience program.
• Ensure new employees receive a consistent, engaging, and productive introduction to Accenture Federal Services.
• Continuously enhance onboarding and integration content, delivery methods and approach to fit the business and new joiners.
• Oversee Learning Operations, including process management, talent skilling needs, vendor relationships, course setup in Workday, and cost management.
• Monitor participation, completion rates and learning effectiveness metrics to meet evolving skill requirements.
• Design, execute and continuously improve performance management philosophy, processes and technology.
• Lead the enterprise performance management process, including priority setting, feedback, talent assessment and promotions.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to align with objectives and ensure consistent execution across the enterprise.
• Develop resources, communications and training for strategic leadership discussions and process execution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline activities and data management through automation and process improvements.
• Build strong partnerships across HR, Recruiting, IT, Marketing and Communications and business leadership.
• Lead and develop a high performing team delivering exceptional employee lifecycle experiences.
