Job summary

World Kinect Corporation is seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll Lead to own the global Workday Payroll ecosystem. You will be the technical leader, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable payroll and HR tech solutions.

You will lead configuration, testing, and enhancements across U.S., U.K., and global payroll environments, while mentoring the HRIS team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience in a global environment.
• Proven HRIS project leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture and HR processes.
• Experience with payroll integrations and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Payroll globally.
• Act as SME for payroll-related HR technology initiatives and integrations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into solutions.
• Drive testing, release management, security, reporting, and data integrity.
• Support Workday upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor HRIS team members and provide technical leadership on projects.
• Shape the future HR technology strategy through innovation and best practices.
