Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a Student and Education Success Specialist to support WIOA program implementation across all sites. The role involves co-facilitating classes, assisting clients, coordinating outreach, and maintaining records to promote student success and lifelong learning.

Required is a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Multilingual abilities are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Experience in education/work readiness preferred.
• Multilingual Arabic or Spanish welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate work readiness classes and program delivery.
• Conduct client outreach and follow-up communications.
• Provide administrative support and maintain records.
• Administer and proctor basic skills assessments.
• Coordinate grant-related activities and monitor goals.
