Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of professional experience in health, customer service, human services, or closely related field.
• Qualifying education/experience may be substituted as determined by the department head.

Responsibilities

• Participates in day-to-day operations of a specialized program or work unit.
• Provides direct services to community members via phone, email, online, or in person; coordinates with other agencies.
• Matches qualified candidates with resources, coaching, or support for employment, education, or financial assistance.
• Represents program at community events and meetings with County personnel and partners.
• Maintains accurate records of program participants and progress.
