Job summary

WTA USA is seeking a Student Recruitment & Community Outreach Specialist to identify, engage, and enroll prospective participants in workforce training programs. You will build relationships across the Tucson community, focusing on underserved populations and gateway opportunities to long-term employment.

The role combines student recruitment with outreach to partner agencies, schools, and community locations, delivering presentations and maintaining CRM records to support grant-funded programs

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, outreach, social services, workforce development, veterans' services, community organizing, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain accurate records and use CRM or data-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective students via phone, email, in-person meetings, and community outreach.
• Provide information on training programs, admissions requirements, and onboarding procedures.
• Build relationships with prospective students and community members to promote enrollment.
