You'll blend business development, relationship-building, and program management to coordinate customized training, deliver excellent client experiences, and help grow the college’s workforce development initiatives across local industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or workforce development experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience in workforce development, sales, and program coordination.
• Cover Letter, CV, 3 supervisor references required; transcripts optional.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with business clients to identify workforce training needs.
• Develops new programs and certifications supporting workforce development.
• Supervises adjunct employees and coordinates HR onboarding.
• Achieves enrollment and revenue goals by integrating marketing, operations, and finance.
• Schedules client-driven classes and coordinates instructor logistics.
• Collects and analyzes information for data and sales reports.
• Represents the college to students and community partners.
• Monitors instructor performance and conducts evaluations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
