Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of case management experience or 2+ years in a human services role.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience serving vulnerable populations in shelter or related settings beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of workforce participants, meeting with each resident at least weekly.
• Recruit new participants and assess need and eligibility for workforce programs.
• Develop individualized service plans with goals and barriers; focus on job readiness and skills.
• Monitor progress toward stabilization, income, and housing goals; maintain progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records in data systems within 24 hours of interaction.
• Coordinate incident intervention and conflict resolution with staff and security.
• Connect clients with resources such as training, education, and certifications.
• Coordinate with employers, training providers, and community organizations for placement and training.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and agency events.
• Support volunteers and foster meaningful volunteer engagement.
