Wings Credit Union in Minnesota is seeking a Workforce Belonging and Engagement Partner. This full-time role supports career development, improves team effectiveness, and responds to employee feedback.

You will partner with leaders and Wings University to design programs that foster learning, belonging, and engagement. The position leverages a strong culture of Human First and One Team, Many Strengths, with a $77,896–$90,875.20 annual pay and a potential 10% annual bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field.
• Preferred: degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development or similar.
• 5+ years in HR, Development, Learning, Education, Member Service, curriculum delivery, career pathing or related.
• 1+ year coaching individuals/teams through assessments or developmental tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support career development for team members and help explore learning resources.
• Work with leaders and teams to improve effectiveness and development sessions.
• Help leaders respond to employee feedback using Gallup Q12 results and other inputs.
• Develop and lead programs for onboarding, career development, coaching, culture and belonging.
• Collaborate with Wings Development, Wings University and internal partners to embed Wings’ values in tools and learning.
