Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Blaine, MN, seeks a member service professional to grow relationships, educate members on accounts and finances, and cross-sell products and services to help members achieve financial well-being.

In this role you will open accounts, process deposits and loan referrals, maintain a high sales pipeline, and provide notary services to members while staying compliant with policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Notary license required upon hire; Mortgage Loan Originator requirements may apply.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, openings, and service requests.
• Cross-sell and refer loans, deposits, and fees to meet member needs.
• Build trust by engaging and listening with a consultative approach.
• Maintain sales pipeline and schedule follow-ups for ongoing engagement.
• Refer to financial experts as needed for home loans and advisory services.
• Resolve moderately complex member issues with other departments.
• Provide notarial services and verify member identity.
• Support community events and stay current on Wings promotions.
• Adhere to risk and compliance policies to protect member assets.
