Wings Credit Union in Westminster, CO is seeking a Workforce Belonging and Engagement Partner to design and deliver programs that grow careers, strengthen teams, and translate feedback into action. You’ll partner with leaders and Wings University to foster learning and connection, reflecting our Human First and One Team values.

You will analyze Gallup Q12 results, facilitate development sessions, and manage in-person and virtual programs, helping people grow and feel connected to their work

Competenze

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or similar field.
• REQUIRED: 5+ years' combined experience in HR, Development, Learning, Education, Member Service, curriculum delivery/development, career pathing/counseling, or related experience.
• PREFERRED: 1+ year experience coaching individuals/teams through assessments or developmental tools.
