Job summary

Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Development Analyst to support the NSG Workforce Development Team. The role focuses on data analytics, dashboard development with Qlik, and applying adult learning principles to training solutions.

The candidate will track metrics, design workforce assessment methodologies, and brief senior leadership on key milestones and strategic initiatives. A bachelor’s degree and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in Qlik Data Analytics and interactive dashboard development.
• Ability to quickly master new technologies and tools (e.g., Qlik, Waypoints LMS).
• Excellent briefing and communication skills for senior leadership.
• Active security clearance.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and DoW Workforce Development Strategies.
• Experience with Waypoints or Cornerstone LMS preferred.
• Experience delivering high-quality client support.
