Job summary

Technical Assent, LLC. seeks a senior Workforce Operations Analyst to lead analytics for workforce assessments in Washington, DC. You will shape methods, models, and recommendations for senior leaders to improve service delivery and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years supporting a government or large-enterprise engagement.
• 3+ years in organizational strategy, workforce planning, or performance-improvement.
• Expertise in workload analytics, staffing analysis, and capacity planning.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Ability to develop evidence-based staffing models and demand-versus-capacity analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic workstreams for workload assessments across divisions.
• Develop workload units, productivity metrics, and analytical methods.
• Analyze workload demand, staffing capacity, seasonality, and backlogs.
• Create demand-versus-capacity analyses identifying constraints and risks.
• Build data-driven staffing models and forecast scenarios.
• Assess staffing levels, roles, competencies, and organizational alignment.
• Collect, clean, and validate workforce data from multiple sources.
• Differentiate federal employee vs contractor data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop data requests, interview guides, and validation protocols.
• Conduct interviews with directors and staff; document assumptions and methodologies.
• Translate findings into practical, defensible recommendations.
