Qualifications

• Experience with data science, BI, and visualization tools, especially Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with workforce analytics experience.
• Experience conducting descriptive and inferential statistics and turning findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out data collection and analysis activities; interpret data and analytic results; develop and vet recommendations.
• Develop reports and presentations for senior leaders.
• Use HRIS systems and BI tools to analyze data and present findings.
