About the Role:
TheWorkforce Development Analystrole will support the NAVAIR Sustainment Group (NSG) Workforce Development Team.
Duties include leveragingQlik for data analyses and dashboard development, formulating workforce assessment methodologies, and designing training tools utilizing Waypoints and Adult Learning Theory. Additionally, this analyst will track performance metrics andbrief senior leadershipon key milestones and strategic workforce initiatives.
