Responsibilities

• Identify trends and patterns, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and present results.
• Support workforce development and onboarding programs, mandatory training, and leadership development.
• Review and edit deliverables to ensure clarity and alignment with project requirements.
• Participate in evaluations to identify issues, analyze data, and document best practices.
• Inform managers of program requirements and provide necessary training.
• Provide workforce metrics and updates to leadership and program leads.
• Conduct data-driven and anecdotal analysis in support of employee relations initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate study findings through written reports and oral presentations.
