Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst to design, develop, and enhance complex reporting solutions across HR domains. You will leverage Workday reporting, data governance, and analytics to enable executive decision-making and workforce planning.

Remote within the U.S. or hybrid from Newport News, VA, with responsibilities spanning cross-functional partnerships, automation, and continuous improvement of people analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility.
• Experience designing enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong orientation to data governance, quality, and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of complex HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, DEI, talent, organization health).
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday reporting solutions and advise HR leaders.
• Oversee data validation, governance and compliance across core HR systems.
• Drive automation and documentation to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
