Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Business Intelligence Development Lead to drive workforce analytics and self-service reporting across the organisation. You will lead a team delivering enterprise BI solutions and modernise analytics using cloud platforms, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.

You will partner with HR and senior stakeholders, build governance and secure data quality, and champion self-service analytics with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Qlik, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience.
• 2+ years in people leadership.
• Track record delivering BI solutions in large, complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of cloud data environments and modern analytics architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals.
• Partner with HR and senior business stakeholders to deliver workforce insights.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and modern reporting capabilities.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics products.
• Ensure high standards of governance, security, compliance, and data quality.
• Integrate BI tools with modern cloud platforms including Databricks.
• Influence analytics strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
