Job summary

Penn Foster Group seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to shape enterprise BI strategy, architecture, and governance, driving self-service analytics across the organization.

You will guide modernization of analytics platforms using Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Databricks, while mentoring BI professionals and aligning analytics with business goals to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in BI, data analytics, data warehousing, or enterprise reporting.
• Minimum 3 years of technical leadership leading BI initiatives or teams.
• Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise BI strategy, architecture, and roadmap with a focus on self-service analytics.
• Establish governance, certified datasets, reusable semantic models, and enterprise reporting standards.
• Mentor BI Analysts and Developers through technical leadership and coaching.
