Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Analytics & Reporting team. You will build reporting, dashboards, and data solutions supporting Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and other enterprise teams in a wealth management context.

The ideal candidate excels in SQL and Tableau, with experience in dbt and Databricks, translating business needs into clear, reliable analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, aggregations, and data validation.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau; Power BI, Looker, or Qlik experience may be considered.
• Experience with dbt or similar data-transformation tools such as Dataform, SQLMesh, or Coalesce.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, or another cloud data platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics in Tableau.
• Use SQL to analyze, validate, and transform data from multiple business systems.
• Build and support data models and transformation workflows using dbt and Databricks.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Support recurring financial, operational, workforce, compliance, and risk reporting.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, documentation, and data-quality checks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
