Job summary

Penn Foster Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to define the vision, architecture, and strategy for enterprise BI and self-service analytics. You will modernize the analytics platform using Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Databricks while establishing governance and scalable architecture.

You will champion a data-driven culture, empower business users with trusted data, and mentor the BI team in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Reporting.
• Minimum 3 years of technical leadership leading BI initiatives or teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, architecture, and strategy for enterprise BI and self-service analytics.
• Lead modernization of analytics platform with modern cloud technologies and governance.
• Champion data-driven culture and increase self-service adoption across the enterprise.
• Mentor BI Analysts and Developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Establish KPI metrics for BI adoption, utilization, and business value.
