Responsibilities

• Develop and improve workflows, including implementing AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with management to determine and monitor departmental objectives
• Oversee scheduling and completion of work assignments among team members
• Manage and balance workloads across the tax team to ensure deadlines are met without overburdening staff
• Monitor project progress and reallocate work when capacity becomes uneven
• Serve as a go to resource for staff, fostering an approachable and supportive team environment
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
• Actively pursue positive client experiences by building relationships and providing solutions
