Coulter & Justus, PC, a Knoxville based CPA firm, is seeking qualified candidates to join our team in West Knoxville. Our firm provides quality tax and assurance services to clients across a variety of industries, and we are seeking a pleasant and highly motivated individual to support our team. This is a hands‑on, management role in our tax department serving 30+ people using the latest CPA industry technology and software. The Workflow Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our team operates efficiently and collaboratively. This individual will monitor and balance workloads across staff, proactively solve bottlenecks, and serve as a central resource that team members feel comfortable approaching for support. In addition, this role will help introduce and develop AI‑driven workflows and process improvements as our firm begins incorporating new technology. This is not a remote position, although there is limited flexibility for remote work.
