Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Work Flow Coordinator to join our Laurel, MD distribution team.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate workload using IMREX and VAP WMS, manage inbound/outbound flows, and partner with front‑line staff to meet on‑time customer orders. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associates preferred), experience in logistics and SAP/AS400, and a proven ability to train peers in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Logistics Operations and WMS (IMREX/SAP/AS400) is preferred.
• Experience in training and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by assigning workload via IMREX/VAP WMS for inventory, IB and OB functions.
• Utilize yard management system to arrange trailer moves and door assignments for shipping/receiving.
• Perform periodic audits on BOL/ICC/Quality and file BOLs at end of shift.
• Communicate workload requirements clearly to frontline staff and leadership.
• Resolve flow issues to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Compile daily workload reports and monitor past-due carriers for outbound appointments.
• Support inventory control and fill rate to ship 100% to customers.
• Attend mandatory training and promote Froneri culture.
